Rates

Mid Season - €7,200/week  -  (May 6th - June 2nd / September 9th - October 21st)
High Season - €7,900/week  -  (June 3rd - September 8th)

Conditions of rental:

Arrival day: Saturdays (flexible arrival date is available for booking of 2 weeks or more).

Minimum stay: 1 week.

Payment: 50% on day of booking, remaining 50% 60 days before arrival.

Price includes: water, gas, electricity, central heating, bed linen (changed weekly), bath towels and pool towels (changed mid week) final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, wifi. Reasonable air conditioning included. Free telephone for local calls and all calls within Spain. 

Security deposit: €200 deposit payable upon arrival and refunded at the end of the week less any significant damages or excessive air conditioning.
